• —All data is obtained from various sources and may not have been verified by broker or MLS Grid. Data may include inaccuracies and is subject to transcription and transmission errors.
• —Properties may or may not be listed by the office or agent presenting the information.
• —Data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or MLS Grid.
• —This information is for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing.

Home valuations, market reports, and estimates provided through the Site are automated estimates only and do not constitute a professional appraisal or a guarantee of value. Consult a licensed Amplify agent or other qualified professional before making real estate decisions.

All Site design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding MLS-sourced listing data, which remains the property of the applicable MLS and MLS Grid) is owned by Amplify or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

• —No use of the Site to send unsolicited advertising or spam.
• —No attempt to interfere with the Site's security or normal operation.

The Site may link to third-party websites (lenders, service providers, agent profiles). Amplify is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice including: (1) your contact information, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site, and (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, to support@amplify-re.com.

The Site and its content are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplify is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on listing data or estimates provided through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
